TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Fill out the order form to RESERVE/ORDER.
2. Please indicate in the order form if you're holding the item for reservation.
3. Reservation period is valid for 2 days only. You are allowed to cancel your order only within those 2 days. If no cancellation is received within the 2 day grace period, the reservation will mature into a FULL ORDER.
4. Please wait for my confirmation message, for your order or reservation to be considered valid. (I usually check the site every night). Confirmation will include payment details and total amount.
5. The first buyer to submit the order form for a partiular item gets the item unless the transaction is not completed, then, the item will be awarded to the next person who submitted/submits the order form.
6. Shipping and/or processing fee is shouldered by the buyer. (Processing fee is valid for G-cash payments only. Usually 1% of the total amount)
7. Orders are marked as sold after payment is recieved, until then, they are either moved to the reserved album or marked as RESERVED.
8. All ORDER FORMS RECIEVED ARE FINAL. Thus considered SOLD.
9. Strictly no return no exchange policy. (I check the items before they are shipped, so I assure that items shipped out were released in excellent quality, unless otherwise stated.
10. Damages incurred during shipping is outside my jurisdiction. For your protection, I suggest availing of shipping insurance.
11. Provincial deliveries are automatically charged the insurance amount, unless otherwise requested by the recipient. Damages incurred during this situation is not the responsibility of Haute Couture Represented.
12. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product was vastly misrepresented. Only items unused and in its original state can qualify for exchange. Shipping for exchanges will be shouldered by the buyer.
13. NO MEET UPS
14. PICK-UPS can be arranged.
15. Payment method is either through G-cash (preferred) or BPI bank account deposit.
16. For G-CASH payments, an additional processing fee of P10 for amounts P1,000 and below, or, 1% of the total amount above P1,000 is collected when paying through G-cash
KEEP YOUR TRANSACTION NUMBER FOR POSSIBLE VERIFICATION.
17. For BPI DEPOSIT payments, deposit slips should be emailed back to "hautecouturerprsntd@yahoo.com" before items are shipped.
18. No haggling please.
19. Items will only be shipped after full payment is received.


SHIPPING FEE: P100 within metro manila. P150 shipping for Provincial orders. Payment cut-off is 10 pm. Payments received before the cut-off will be shipped the following day unless otherwise stated. Buyer should allow approx 2-4 working days from PAYMENT date for the item to arrive for Metro Manila deliveries unless otherwise stated. Additional 2 days for provincial deliveries. NO SHIPPING ON WEEKENDS.
